Can I cancel or edit my order?
Yes, you may cancel or edit the order, if the order has not been handed over to our logistics partner. Please mail us or contact us through WhatsApp to cancel or edit. All orders will be shipped within one day.
How do I know the right fit?
All Yu collective’s products are slightly oversized, so it will be a bit looser than your normal shirt size. You can cross check with the size chart provided in the product page.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges. The product must be untampered with all tags attached. To exchange your item, do email us at hello@yucollective.com.
