Yu shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. Yu does not take title to any exchanged items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Yu. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any exchange unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Yu within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Yu holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
• If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information: –
Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges.
In case we are not able to provide an exchange, we will provide a refund on our discretion.
